The Campbell County Conservation District's five-member volunteer Board of Supervisors is the key to the District's success.
Each board member serves a staggered four-year term.
The Board is comprised of three rural (living outside of a municipality), one urban (living inside of a municipality), and
one at-large (either rural or urban member) individuals.
The residents of Campbell County elect members of the Board during the general election.

The Board sets policy for CCCD programs and projects to give direction to the staff of resource experts that carry out the day-to-day activities.
The Board welcomes public input and meets at the CCCD office the second Tuesday of each month.

Would you like to be involved with the CCCD?

A 5 member Board of Supervisors governs the Campbell County Conservation District; 3 are rural, 1 is urban, and 1 is at-large.

Residents of Campbell County elect Supervisors during the general election; Supervisors serve staggered 4 year terms, with 2 positions available at one general election and 3 positions at the next general election.

Supervisors are unpaid, elected volunteers who attend a monthly board meeting and are involved in overseeing the activities of CCCD.

Being an Associate Supervisor provides all the opportunities of being an elected board member without the voting privilege. If you are interested in attending the board meeting and becoming an Associate Supervisor, please contact CCCD at (307) 682-1824.
